From the Quad Cities

Take Highway 61 north (From Davenport or I-80).

Take exit marked Long Grove, Park View. Turn right (even though the sign tells you to turn left for Long Grove). Go 0.8 of a mile on 267th St.

At the overhead flashing light, turn left onto Scott Park Road (Old Highway 61). Go 2.3 miles north on Scott Park Road.

Turn left onto F-33 (290th St./St Ann's Road). Travel 2.0 miles, and St Ann's is on your right.
